Chocolat & Corten

Two natural colours. Raw and timeless

Matt Choco

Our Matte Chocolate is a neutral brown with a matte finish, understated and elegant. In natural light, it reveals subtle green and golden undertones, while remaining uniform and easy to pair with wood and raw materials.

Matt Corten

Our Matte Corten is a textured finish that replicates the look of oxidized metal, with a timeless appearance reminiscent of genuine Corten steel. Its deep brown tone is subtly nuanced with red-orange undertones, revealing fine granules visible up close.

Two natural colours. Raw and timeless.

« It was important and, above all, truly fascinating for us to incorporate two colors that reflect the effect of time and oxidation on metals. »

The Matte Corten, textured and inspired by oxidized metal, features a deep brown with reddish-orange undertones, while the Matte Chocolate, a neutral brown, reveals subtle greenish and golden highlights that are easy to pair.

Two shades, one monumentality.

Our two new colours are inspired by Richard Serra’s work and his radical approach to steel.
Matte Choco and Matte Corten translate its materiality, depth, and presence into a more architectural expression.

Richard Serra (1938–2024) was a North American sculptor associated with Minimalism, renowned for his monumental interventions in hot-rolled Corten steel, exploring mass, curvature, and structural balance.
