All of our products are handmade in our workshop in Quebec. Production times vary depending on the collection:

- Quick Ship Collection: 1–2 weeks

- Stone Collection: 4–6 weeks

- Fully personalized fixtures: 8–10 weeks

Once production is complete, shipping times will vary depending on your location.

At Luminaire Authentik, we have developed a 3D configurator to allow you to explore and visualize all the customization possibilities of our lighting fixtures.

This tool lets you customize every detail according to your preferences, including:
- Lampshades
- Colors and finishes
- Wire lengths
- Canopy type
- Wire color
- Canopy color
- Configurations and arrangements, and much more

All our structures, lampshades, and colors are integrated into a single platform, allowing you to mix and match options and visualize your fixture in real-time 3D rendering.

The configuration possibilities are nearly endless, with close to 1.5 trillion combinations, giving you the freedom to bring your creative vision to life.

This tool not only allows you to design fully custom lighting fixtures, but also to explore a wide range of styles, materials, and configurations. Offering an experience that is both immersive and inspiring.

- For glass: use a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

- For shades: use a clean, damp microfiber cloth or a dry eraser.

- Always wear gloves when handling the fixture to prevent marks.

- For Brass finishes, we recommend using Brasso or a similar product.

- Light fixtures are covered by a 5-year warranty, excluding normal wear and tear.

- Bulbs are covered by a 2-year warranty.

- LED fixtures are covered by a 2-year warranty only.

As all of our products are custom made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our light fixtures.

Unfortunately, once an order has entered production, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
